We use platform sign-in to verify your account and keep your platform account ID, eligibility decision, support reference and assigned download key in Cloudflare storage so you can recover again.
Sign-in tokens are discarded; browser sessions expire after 15 minutes. We do not request your email. Your language preference is remembered in a cookie for up to one year.
Cloudflare processes request metadata and rate limits. Eligibility and operator audit records remain while recovery is offered.
