Maybe I used a different email
Search your inbox and spam for a receipt from support@itch.io. Check the email used at checkout, including your PayPal email if applicable. Use itch.io’s receipt recovery page below to resend download links to each email you may have used.
I bought as a guest or used another itch.io account
Open the purchase page from your original itch.io receipt. Sign in to the intended account and use the option to link the purchase if it is offered. Then return here and connect itch.io again.
Already linked to another account? Sign out on itch.io, sign in to the account that owns the purchase, then reconnect here. Changing your email here is not possible; recovery checks the itch.io account you authorize.
Maybe I paid through Patreon
Past and present members of My Femboy Roommate Access, Teacher, Professor or Alumni qualify through an eligible payment or gift. No active subscription is needed.
Connect the Patreon account used for that membership, even if it has ended. You do not need to resubscribe. If you used another Patreon account, switch accounts on Patreon first. Recent payments may take up to a week to appear in recovery records.
Patreon Shop purchase
Sign in to Patreon and open Purchases to access your original Shop purchase and its updated files.
Shop purchases are separate from memberships, so the membership check will not verify a Shop order. Open Purchases on Patreon with the account used to buy it. Use the official instructions below if you cannot find that section.
I received a paid gift or bought a bundle
Open the gift or bundle receipt and claim this game on your itch.io account, then connect again here. Paid gifts and bundles qualify, but their payment may need manual review. If it still fails, keep the gift or bundle receipt for support.
I already claimed the full game
Check your itch.io library using the account that claimed it, or reopen your personal claim link from an earlier email or private message. The new game page is private, so browsing its listing alone may not show your download. Keep your personal link private.
I only downloaded the free version
A free download or free claim on the original page does not grant the paid version. Recovery is for paid purchases, paid gifts or bundles, and qualifying Patreon memberships or gifts. If you did pay elsewhere, use the matching option above.
I cannot access my old account or email
Start with the platform’s account recovery or support. Game support cannot reset your itch.io or Patreon login. If the original email is unavailable or the receipt never arrives, contact that platform using the links below.
Sign-in or verification is not working
Use one browser for the entire sign-in and allow its cookies. Recovery sessions last 15 minutes; start again from Recovery home if the link expires. A temporary-unavailable message means the check could not finish. Try later; it does not mean you need to buy again.

Include the platform, approximate purchase date, and product or tier. Keep receipts for a private reply and hide card or bank details. Never post passwords or personal download links publicly.
